Acting on behalf of the owners, Mr Poulengeris negotiated the sale of this property, with the benefit of the planning consent (as above) for a price of £23.5 million, an increase of £15.2 million over a period of approx. 6 ½ years.

Throughout this period, the entire property was let to a Hotel group producing an income of £480,000.00 approx. 5.5% on the purchase price. Mr Poulengeris had arranged for this letting.
